Testing the differential current during automatic testing according to standard DIN VDE 0701/0702
Call the standard-specific setup. Select "Process" and deactivate the car test method.
During the test according to the standard, a menu appears with the selection between the substitute leakage current and differential current, select "Residual current".
The mains voltage is switched to the device under test via the AT3-III E. The residual current of the device under test is measured and at the same time the function of the device under test can be tested.
The current consumption of three-phase devices can not be measured with these testers.
